If he tells you he wants more, just tell him to take up running.  End of problem-o.

Good grief op do you know what you did. How could you do that to a friend. Now you want to hide this from your Dom. Bad move. Think of what will happen when he finds out from another person. Learn to accept responsibility for your actions.

I did not post as myself because i did not want  my Dom to find out this way, I hadn't told him YET. He knows now. We have talked a lot over the few days and well, we are working things out. I'm in a shitload of trouble and I earned it.

Yes. any insults thrown my way are well deserved. I was thoughtless and irresponsible and anything else you want to call me. being ashamed of myself is probably why i am answering again under this nic.

My main concern at the time of posting and still now was my friend. So thank you to all with advice on that. So, Yes, my Dom knows and yes, my friend is fine (you were all right- I was worrying too much). My Dom even said that he would help my friend find contacts in Boston if he likes or needs.

I am going to delete this profile now if i can figure out how. If i see any other posts here i will read them.. . So thanks again to all.

I have so seriously GOT to take up running. For real. This is the exact reason that running interests me.
My question is, how does one START running? I mean, I have been to the running dot com website, and they have this great little chart about run for x, walk for y, changes every few days (longer run, shorter walk). But how the hell do you TIME that? I have looked EVERYWHERE for a timer than can be set to ring at intervals - I want it for SO MANY THINGS - Yoga, Thai Chi, all SORTS of things. Why doesn't anyone make one of those?
So how do I know when my running time is up and THANK GOD THANK GOD I can walk for a while now, and how do I know when my walking time is up and it is time to start fantasizing about some big ass cop with a sjambok behind me and run some more?
