Over here in Cajun country there is a tradition every Easter...pocking eggs! Since most Cajuns make a game out of anything...we also make a game out of cracking the boiled eggs that we dyed the night before. You just pick the egg of your choice...and one person holds the egg in their hand...while another one hits...or pocks...the egg with their egg. ONE of these eggs will be cracked...and the person with the egg that is not cracked can go on to pock another person's egg. The last person with an uncracked egg becomes the pock-egg queen or king! All ages can join in this game...and of course you can use more than one egg to pock with. Eventually there will end up being only one egg that is uncracked...lol.
I was just wondering...are there other Easter traditions that people do that are unique to them? Would anyone care to share?
