Fast reply and not really on topic:

I hate breast implants. Be happy with what you have, big or small, flat chested or toppling over, I don't care - it's not how big they are that matters but how they respond to handling, and how you do.

Of course, if a woman has mastectomy, or some other medical reason for them, then yeah okay, but please be a little more happy with your body as it naturally is.

You don't need to ask the "average" plastic surgeon or M.D. about B&D related questions.  The National Coalition for Sexual Freedom (http://www.ncsfreedom.org) has a search function for finding "kink friendly" professionals.  Here's a couple that came up on a quick search,

As to the OP's question, i would say that checking on the durability of breast implants, under the stress of bondage, is a very good question to ask.  But, where suspension bondage is concerned, there are a lot of other questions that should be asked, as well.  Hopefully, both of you are already experienced in suspension bondage.  Hopefully, she hasn't just seen some cool looking pictures of suspension bondage and decided she wanted to do that.

It's not a problem for me....There are a whole whack of other activities to explore. Some subs though end up feeling inadequate before And after surgery. My response is to say, try standing naked in a mens locker room some time.

cjan....In my area, many palstic surgeons are very kink aware. Having said this, I think the rest of my post needs no explanation. I would be leary in participating in this myself. \
But, any breast suspension i've witnessed, required additional suspension points, either with harnessess or leg support. I certainly agrree that breast suspension on its own would be dangerous, but we often focus on only one aspect of an activity without acknowledging the other "supports" that play a part.

I had a girl that had implants because of health issues in the past. I could do a lott with them. But depending on her health..they were more sensitive then other times. Slapping them...squeezing them...no prob at all....wax on them..didn't make them explode.
But I wouldn't suggest hang her on her breasts even with out implants. They are for cosmetic use not engineering purposes.

Thanks to everyone who replied on this posting, I am not shocked by your responses in the least, to answer some questions the girl is petite and very light, her reason well its not good enough for the risk, I have done breast suspension before in various ways , with harmnesses etc so all ones body weight is not ripping the tissue and muscle, however I have also did it all natural, to do it there is more involved then just pulling someone from the floor.
I do thank you all very much as I have let the Lady in question read your reponse and she now agrees with me/us there are safer ways for her to get the sensation and desired effect.
Just so you don't all think I am a nutter  lol, I have had extensive medical training before I became serious about doing what I do, another interesting fact which surprised me was that they say (surgeons) that the implants will withstand approx 400lbs of pressure under extreme circumstance before they explode for want of a better words, however I agree with the response from the responsable comments and since new to this site it is good to see a collective of cautious ad safe people. thanks again.
