surgical stainless steel and surgical titanium, the type used for implants and bone pins, are set to be ignored by the detectors. I have a small folder knife completely made of titanium. Ive taken it through scanners with nary a blip before. Asking her to remove it is rediculous. especially if it was a permanent ring, thus the pliers to remove. in fact, you can demand simply being wanded and not using the main scanner if you request it.

HAHAHAHA!!! Ive had to explain and show them! (mine are peirced twice each) The best part was the old lady behind me that was looking at me like I was the devil. Oh that was an odd adventure.

mine have never set them off, PA and frenum loop both stretched to 5mm. do take the cock ring off though!

Up until now, mine have never set any off, even hand held scanners, (i have 16 piercings around my body) i have been through European Airports, and also working as a youth/prison worker, going into main stream UK prisons, and UK Young Offender Institutions, never set anything off, funny enough my shoes set the xray guy off on a prison visit, (flat shoes, metal arch in middle broken).

Making note of what kinds of metal to buy for slaves in the future. If I want to do public humilitation I would want to have full control of the situation. Sounds like she had a rough time of it. Some bad days are wors than others.

A friend of mine was stopped at Heathrow airport once because of her nipple rings. Instead of having a long pad - she just lifted up her blouse and said - see - nipple rings :-) She told me they had gone totally red and let her pass LOL

I forget is this the 5th or 6th time this month we have disccused this topic? It's in Off Topic, Random Stupidity, and was in Ask a Master, Mistress, and submissive. People PLEASE use your search feature. IT REALLY HELPS. SO much better to ADD to an existing thread then to start a new one. Steel (Yes Nipple and Tongue pierced, used to be a security officer and NEVER ONCE did mine set anything off ..... little hint.... I can make the machine buzz anytime I want so if you look suspecious I can make it look like you are doing something so I can detain you. Further more I can use it to intentioanlly agitate you to be able to ask you to leave and remove you with force if need be. Ask yourself in this girl was attractive and if it was OBVIOUS she had nipple piercings or not?)

This was something that was in the New, part of the Alternative lifestyle and posted here on 3/27, where it belonhged. It is currently still in the news and therefore relevant, especially since they keep tightening security in airports and making scanners more sensitive. Oddly enough, if there is something that is repeated in more than one place I leave it up to the Moderators to place it where it belongs or to consolidate threads. It is costing us nothing to post to the forums and no one is forcing us to read anything we have read before or elsewhere. Since people tend to read forums via their interest if something is posted one place but not in a place they read regularly they may miss something that could have some relevance. poenkitten (7 notes, 7 themes, 7 plots in the universe, it's all be written before, so whyy do we keep writing music, stories and movies?)

I think this is bad period, but as someone that had just flew over from Scotland just befor ackerbe plane went down. Or when I got off a ferry from Scotland to Irland..and a bus exploded in front of me ten mintues later. While I can understand the fear that causes things like this..I still cann't understand why it wasn't done in a more secure area out of public hearing. Huntertn
