This seems like a self answering or self evident question. There's probably at least one or two people (or more) who enjoy a kink. Sure. Pick a kink. Someone out there is bound to enjoy it. As for the type of CBT you describe, I know women who enjoy this and others who don't.

You like hard CBT. In my opinion, this has nothing to do with being a submissive (although, for you and the right partner, it may enhance your enjoyment of the D/S dynamic). There are owners, dominants, tops, switches, bottoms, submissives, and slaves who enjoy CBT. Heck, there are probably vanillas who enjoy it too! Regarding submission, that's a whole different matter. If you're questioning your submissive nature because of your love of CBT, I'd say you're over thinking things. You like what you like. The only place I see a conflict is if you allow your love of CBT to short circuit the needs and desires of your d-type partner. Generally, it has been my experience that if you address your d-type's needs and pamper your d-type, they often reciprocate in (and enjoy) addressing your special desires.
