An elderly man walks into a crowded doctors office and loudly tells the nurse he needs to see the doctor because there is something wrong with his penis.
The nurse looks shocked and tells the man he cannot say things like that in front of the entire waiting room.
The elderly man takes a deep breath and tells the nurse he needs to see the doctor because there is something wrong with his ear.
Smugly, the nurse says "That is better! Now, what is wrong with your ear?
The man bellows "I can't piss out of it!"
