dollparts85 -> RE: Should I have my wisdom teeth taken out? (3/30/2008 7:09:53 PM)

My stomach problems are mostly from my bulimia...but I was taking Naproxen twice a day for like two months or so several years ago...by doctors orders...to reduce the swelling in my knee after I dislocated it...and I ended up puking blood.

HoneyMaster says that unless they're impacted, you should just let them come in.
The pain may be due to them just coming in.
He also said they're easier to take out once they've grown in. (difference between surgical and simple extraction)
And yes, some doctors and dentists do frequent the boards.

This is not intended to be actual medical advice. *I* am not a doctor or dentist, but I play with one at home...

getting a GED is not the same as graduating high school. You can't get into a private or state college with a GED without first going to a community college.

You have to admit... she was telling the truth both times.  Just not the "whole truth", Your Honor.

Doll, you can't do medical transcription because you have to GO OUT and get the work yourself, meet with doctors, convince them why they should hire you.  You already said you cannot do that.

There is one job you could do right now.  Be a relay operator for the deaf.  They'll set you up with the equipment, you do it from home.  Your typing skills would come in handy.

Don't even get me started on Hilary.

And, OP, community colleges can be just fine for the type of training you seek. You can get grants and loans for community colleges just like state colleges. Why does it have to be one of the big ones? And yes, the community colleges offer on-line just like the big guys.

That's just fuckin' silly......how are you going to be deaf without wisdom teeth if you won't go out of the house?

I might come off as rude saying this, but I can honestly say that when I am feeling down, I pull up whatever new dollparts thread there is, and think to myself "I could have been as nutty as this one."  Then I go off and try to make myself smile.

Thanks dollparts for making me realize my life isnt one big tragedy!

You gave her the info she needed .. she didnt even have to look it up herself ...

I have a friend that supports herself and her son by doing medical transcriptions.... it is still being done !!!!
