holly..my big worry is because of the mandate to hire from within the EU before seeking elsewhere. I'm FUCKING AWESOME at what I do.. but I have no doubt that there are people in the EU that are just as good (or better .. my hotel is limited service, so I don't have experience in the food and beverage aspects of the biz). I'll just have to convince Riff to marry me LMAO!!

I think EU members can get a visa to look for work. As a non EU resident, the employer has to apply for the permit.
