Delaware cannot really be this small? can it? Thank goodness i am close to Philadelphia. This uncollared submissive is well trained but living way too far from the scene.

Heck, try Small State Syndrome! And the closest next state is 2300 miles away which makes casual visits a bit costly. But I get to watch the dolphins from my lanai so it isn't all bad.
