... Oh, you were being serious? Online forums are probably the easiest way to go about it, though if you're feeling adventurous, you could always walk around with a flogger and ask for volunteers.

Women or a woman? Big difference and it get's into all kinds of things, not that all of them are bad. I'm just saying... Now for where, the internet, meaning CM, message boards and chatrooms in various places.

I've been to big city clubs with lots of available submissive women, but if I wanted to get to know one of them, I may talk a little, but I would give them my email address, for sure.

However, your chances of finding someone are best at munches and events.  When i was looking i would have questioned a Dominant who would not attend a munch, figuring that the odds were good that he was married, had a steady girl friend, or was a bedroom/sex/kinky type guy and not a Dom after all.  Before anyone says it...yes there are people who must protect their identity because of employment and i do understand that happens.  However, the few who i met ended up being vanilla guys who wanted bedroom kink so i can only go by my own experiences. 

So you can meet a submissive woman at any place you might meet a woman, however, percentage wise you won't meet many that way.

It's the same as everywhere else. W/we are all over the place! You just have to put yourself out there. Course, it sucks when someone's offended if you tell them what you are, but oh well... let them enjoy their close minded world. Helps too if you look for the signs. In chat rooms, watch for women who talk about kinky stuff, or have kink in their profiles. In the real world (yes, it exists... or at least so i'm told!) you can look for symbols of the lifestyle. You know... women wearing collars, or jewelry with handcuffs on them, women who tend to avert their eyes when they're talking to people. Little things. True, sometimes they aren't what you're looking for, but what do you have to lose?

And mastervalentine... i'd pay to see you do that! i wonder how many volunteers you'd get!

There are lots of munches and events in and near CT.  I've read your other posts and have a question.  Is there some reason you can't or won't attend a munch?  It would seem if you are truly seeking a submissive you'd be willing to go to the places submissives go.
