Well done! You must have felt on top of the world at that moment and deservedly so. Keep up a healthy eating/gentle exercise regime and in the next few months you'll be feeling that way when you fit into a size 20. I'm a 24/26 and losing weight. Porridge followed by a probiotic drink in the morning, lunch is seafood salad (no dressing other than lemon juice), evenings are chicken or fish wtih large servings of all my favourite veggies. Mid mornings/afternoons I'll have a natural yoghurt or low fat cottage cheese (which I love). Already I have tons more energy than I used to and no longer feel any cravings for junk/sugary stuff. Keep it up and be kind to yourself.
