eyesopened -> RE: married sub (4/4/2008 1:55:16 AM)

my dear, departed Aunt once gave me this piece of wisdom "Any man who is willing to cheat on his wife won't think twice about cheating on his girlfriend."  Switch the genders and it's still wisdom.

i am reminded of a murder case where the female had this horrible husband, who beat her so badly it caused the miscarriage of the twins (her lover's) she was carrying.  The boyfriend started online and eventually they met every couple of months or so (there were geography issues) but kept in touch in between through IM and webcam.  Finally the boyfriend (a cop) picked up on her suggestion that murder was her only way out of this abusive marriage because if she left him, he would surely hunt her down and kill her.  The cop boyfriend murdered the husband and of course the wife said they had to stop all communication until things quieted down.  He never heard from her until his trial (yes he got caught).  What he learned then was everything was a lie.  Every single thing.  The bruises were makeup shown on webcam, there had been no pregnancy and the husband had never hit the woman even once.  When the boyfriend learned the truth, he hung himself in his cell.

Good luck!

Par for the course, Raven.  About once a month, someone I've rejected will create a separate profile to tell Me off in some form, because I've blocked their regular profile.  It happens.

Now if I can just get that decoder ring.  [:)]

And 'Pefect Tommy', from Buckaroo Bonzai!

That sounds like a Lifteime movie I watched with Ann Heche and Eric Roberts.

mzbehavin -> RE: married sub (4/4/2008 11:00:15 AM)

Ok, interjecting~ My experience was different in that we had promised fidelity in the marriage so when i felt i was looking outside the marriage for other "needs" and had removed all doubts it could be worked out, we divorced and i moved out. There was no physical contact with outsiders during the marriage.
However, i was emotionally influenced during my most difficult time by an outsider who later turned out to be Nothing of what he claimed.
So that's why i think you should give her space to let the marriage run its course. Out of respect for A/all... Its a very emotional time for them.
Chances are she will be single soon enough from the sounds of it. Ideally she can part on friendly terms in a mature manner. My ex is still my best friend. Our family unit is sound. Integrity is important.
Do you want to have to deal with ex-drama and nasty custody battles? Because that would suck way more than where you are now.
Hope this isnt too much rambling info, good luck...

~FR~

Some people will not tolerate such emotional honesty in communication.

They would rather defend their dishonesty on the grounds that it might hurt others.

Therefore, having rationalized their phoniness into nobility, they settle for superficial relationships.  ~

What can you do?
I had a married sub once and she adored me....
However...she was in an abusive relationship
(Serious abuse)
and she finally wouldn't return calls anymore.
You can't stalk them now can you?
Just let go...
If they really cared about you they will return...
Kind of like that butterfly saying...

antipode -> RE: married sub (4/22/2008 4:34:00 PM)

It was doomed the first time she siad she didn't know what to do about her marriage. That is, to me, a firing offense.

LPslittleclip -> RE: married sub (4/22/2008 5:22:57 PM)

if her spouse doesn't know about the 2 of you then your just cheating. it may make it harder on her or worse. my only advise is to just communicate with her till she and her spouse can make a decision. in the mean time find a different partner.

Unless she's been locked in a heavy-guage steel cage in the abusive bastard's basement...

Ok, so I have had a wonderful time seeing a sub woman that is married (i know this) but not happily, yet has allways said she did not know what to do about her marriage.  Now the husband, who has been absent because of his work for a number of years (only a few visits home per year) is coming home for good in a couple months.  The last conversation with her about this went along the lines of "your perfect, I wish i was not married, but i hate to think i would just be giving up."

Ok...is this a doomed relationship for me?  The prospect of not seeing her, let alone not being about to try making a life with her is getting me down.

i think You should have a little patience and see how she and her husband are together after they have reunited, i mean they may look at eachother in a whole different light & both may decide the marriage isnt right anymore, then again, it could be better, but you arent going to know until they are reunited & have settled back into everyday life. As for the feeling of 'just giving up, i reckon if she has been looking elsewhere then she has in effect already given up a little bit.
this is JUST my opinion. - its like that old annoying saying *if you love something set it free, if its meant to be then it will come back* sheww i hate girly crap but it just kinda fits, [:@]

(note* i havent read the full thread as im short on time so if this comment has already been made by someone else then i apologise.)
