Lol you all are funny... eyes peeled, skinning cats, meat life? Ok, thats my new most hated phrase. It sounds carnivorous and bloody. I hated it when people used to say "That is Foul." Save it for sports or chicken (fowl). And my hairdresser answer? Client sits down and says "I just hate my hair its so blahblahblah, i need a change...but dont cut any length off!" Wtf?

I'm surprised no one has mentioned "safe, sane, consensual" yet... I hate "literally" when it's not meant literally...as in..."I was literally beside myself!"

Looking over other threads reminded me of another phrase I hate: "The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer." I have been hearing this ever since I can remember. If this has really been the state of things for so long then today the world's population should be divided into two classes – Bill Gates and six billion dirt poor peons.

As My kitten will tell you, I hate HATE to hear " I forgot." I also can not stand it when she tells Me no... As for the kids and in the family setting...I hate it when the kids tell Me..." well dad says..." Or " I dunno" And D? I cant stand it when He says..."I dont care" in reference to dinner or something like that...or when we argue I get " what ever..." Those light Me up like no other.

my all time fave.....taaadaaa..."Go back where you came from!!!" i'm from this side of the world and so were my ancestors. i tell my patients good morning when i wake them up at 4am to give them a tiny pill. a lot of them answer whats good about it. i tell them "well , we're above ground and anyday above ground its a good one." of course i dont say this to the terminally ill .i skip pleasantries and just be myself. edited to add : i'm an American they just assume i'm not.
