So when do you think it was really the beginning of the end for her?

When she dissed Tammy Wynette.

yep...and then stood by her man anyhow cuz she knew he would help her politically.

I don't know but the Repubs must be breathing a sigh of relief now.
"Bring on the "heavyweight" Obama!"
Thanks a lot Dems, four years of McCain comming up!

I'd have to go back and review the timeline, and frankly I'm not really up for doing that right now... I began feeling a certain unease during the inital debates... but for me, the whole "pinned down by sniper fire" BS was what cemented my negative feelings about her... But hell, as I recall, I switched to Richardson first, then I switched to Obama once I realized that Richardson really didn't have the support.

i truely despse that woman. For me, the 'end' came when she said in an interview re: her husband's mistress while govenor that she wasn't 'some Tammy Wynettte, standing by my man'.

No sh*t; that woman would desert a dying child if it furthered her ambitions.

i was offended too because i happen to like that song by Tammy Wynette.

Good artcle on the five mistakes Hillary made that cost her the nomination.

Good article... she expected the universe to alter itself to suit her whims.

It feel apart from Day One for Hil, when she assumed that she was the inevitable candidate. The minute you start saying your perfect, God comes along and shows you, You aren't!

You all still don't get it, do you?

She's part of the Ruling Class. You're just commoners, you can't ever understand her lofty thoughts.

Sucks to be slaves, but here we are.

Lies, Spies, Torture, Censors and a Worthless Dollar. Nice Going Bushies...

She wasn't dissing Tammy..she was dissing the premise the song presented.  People felt she needed to kick Bill to the curb for his philandering.. but yet she remains.  The reason is their business..not ours.

So what if she is ambitious?  So are any and all politicians.  Or do they all run for office to get a warm fuzzy feeling of service?  Don't you think Obama has a wee bit of ambition also?

Thanks for posting that link.

I think I really enjoy reading the details and missteps of failed election campaigns. Newsweek's postmortem on the Kerry campaign was a compelling read.

great article!  and one line of it finally helped me figure out what it is i dont like about her.

"Clinton picked people for her team primarily for their loyalty to her, instead of their mastery of the game. "

i think she would have continued to do just that.

time will tell, but i think obama will have enough sense to choose more wisely about who he surrounds him self with.  he has more to prove to the country, as many do not know much about him.  and she felt like well im hillary clinton, how can they not love me, no matter what i do.

my opinion only of course
