You know it's been a long day when... You read the field trip form one of your Things brings home and see "United States Botanic Garden" as "United States Satanic Garden" and think, 'what kind of freaky field trip is my kid going on?" [:o]

when i'm so tired and hungry at the end of the day that i grabbed a box of jambalaya mix and instead of taking the time to defrost my fave spicy sausages and shrimp to add to it, i just cut up a package of hot dogs and called it good, opened a bottle of beer and didn't even bother changing out of my work clothes. it's sad, but i'm perfectly fine with it.

Red, I just got slammed here by 2 of the monsters (ages 18 and 15) about there not being anything to eat in the house. Turns out there is no junk food they want so they decided to gang up on me. They refused to cook anything and wanted to order pizza - again. I have a 15 cf chest freezer filled with food, 2 refrigerator/freezers also filled - if you can't find something to eat in MY house, it means you are too damn lazy to cook or heat something up. Or too picky. Grrrrrrrrrrr.............. Thank you for the spaghetti though. I am so not in the mood to cook after those little chits crap. [&o] mutters and feels like hiding in a dark corner now
