I'm usually gagged with inflatable gags. Either inflatable penis gag or inflatable bulb with a airway. I have been gagged the longest for 24 hours straight. That was with the gag with the airway, which was also used to give me water and nourishments. Both those gags really put a strain on the front teeth after long continuous use. Have slept with both gags over night but then the airway gag is much safer.

What are people's experiences with bitegags? (pony gags?) I'm looking around for some "comfortable" longterm gags, so this might jsut be the right thread to ask. ;)

In order for me to not being able to spit the bit-gag out it needs to be uncomfortably tight and puts too much strain on both the jaw and mouth-edges. Often creates a pinch between the gag and teeth.

Being ordered to keep it in place, just does no do it for me.... same as mental bondage. Simply not my kink.

*edit* OP, like everyone else is saying, I'd go with a non-metallic bit gag.

No it doesn't, it's platic coated over the sharp parts

cloth (like undies) can dry out the mouth badly over an extended period of time unless you continue to hydrate the person. When the mouth gets to dry the tongue will dry out and crack, the esophagus will dry out and hurt like hell, etc.

also be wary of shoving cloth into somones mouth as it can go to far down the throat and cause asphyxiation. The convulsive swollowing while gagged can do the same thing, pull the cloth into the throat and ergo, death if not paying attention. I know personally, anything actually back in my mouth causes me to panic. i use bit gags or ball gags thus far. I can bite it and work it but the ball gag does cause major jaw fatigue after awhile.
