Seriously though, ice cold marbles perhaps? Not only would they have the initial chill-factor they would get mighty uncomfortable after a while.
If you'd like something a little meaner, mayhaps toss in some jacks from the old-time children's game. The plastic ones would work well and even the metal ones would work if the points were checked to make sure they weren't too sharp. A couple of handfuls would ensure a tormenting time.
