Call this a rant, a whine, or whatever youd like to call it. Why is it that male subs (and some female subs) contact me and then expect me to be "nicer" to them when I do not stroke their egos? I dont like endless small talk about nothing. I dont really see much conversational value in my supplying the thank yous to someone spending half an hour telling me what wonderful pictures I have. They lapse into very familiar speach, including terms of endearment right off, which I do not appreciate or allow. And then when I correct them, I get some sob story about how I should be nicer. They've had a rough day, thye have other reasons they should be coddled... Sorry, but I dont know about anyone else, I do not coddle anyone but Angel and Fox. If you dont like talking to me becasue I am too harsh, then end the conversation and have a lovely night. Anyone else get this? DV

I get the same shit from subs far far away-when I suggest they are probably wasting both of our time playing "20 questions about the lifestyle" Wahh wahh wahh-why are you being to mean to me? Could it be because they have nothing to really offer? I have LOCAL girls I talk to and do stuff with face to face-why bother with someone 1000 miles away-that I will never even see? And I say "I don't do long distance"-no less than six times in my profile. [:D]

DV, you're not the only one. I have in my profile from Lehigh Valley only, yet so many (from other states, no less) have expectations that I will dominate or submit to them online. C'mon... dominating or submitting to someone online is like eating a candybar without taking the wrapper off. It has no flavor. pure

WHY don’t you just make up a little generic note you can cut and paste…something like… ” Thank you for the note and your interest but at this time my needs have been met.” Then block them if they persist. Give people a break… how many ways are there to break the ice…and complimenting your pictures is a common and polite way of opening a conversation. If you don’t want comments why post pictures. It sounds like you want them to write a novel just to say hi. Ask yourself…are you or your profile really worth their effort... Do you need to be more specific in your needs and desires… most people can’t read minds. Butch
