A close Friend of mine said one day that Her meeting people is limited because of the things that make Her who She is.  i have to agree. It is harder to meet people when you are a Pagan, a lesbian and BDSM.  Kinda limits the folks who want to really get to know you.  So here i am... a Pagan, a lesbian, a switch with very submissive tendancies.  And let me tell you it's even harder to be that combination when you live in the South. i am here seeking friends, kindred spirits who understand me for who i am.

Welcome to the forums here on CollarMe. Even here not everyone will be friendly, but some of us are. Me for instance!
Hell, you're talking to someone who will be getting together with a local MtF trans, has an online D/s relationship with a MtF trans, and Oh I could go on.
Point is I'm very accepting of people for who they are. There are others like me here. I'm sure you'll find friends here.

Merry Meet,
Gem.
(so you don't get the wrong impression, I'm a UU, not a true Pagan)

Welcome Sunshine! There are a lot of folks from the south here. I am one of them. I haven't had the problems that you seem to have with people accepting who I am. Although, now that I live in Phoenix, I find that they are definitly non accepting of me. [sm=sigh.gif] Life goes on :)

*waves*

Pagan, bisexual, kinky mostly-submissive from the frozen reaches of Wisconsin.

But, sometimes, I find that the best friends I have are the ones who have the -least- in common with me. Definitely makes for some interesting dinnertable debates. Ok, so we're not going to date...but still lots of fun.

I hope you find your community here. I know I did!

Hey there.

Well, I'm not Pagan, but my girl is a Druid and I'm slowly starting to learn the various meanings of all the different things and what they entail. We're having a handfasting on the 20th *grinz*.

We're both female, so here's hoping that it doesn't limit the amount of friends that can be made on the scene and off right?

Either way, a big hello to you!

Seph and Elena.

The South gets a bad rap sometimes .... there are those of us here that are very accepting ... we just seem to be <EG> hidden under a rock .. behind a tree ... or out in the woods lol .......Welcome ....

Just got here again and read what You wrote.  i always kinda thought Phoenix was a cool place.  Been there a time or two but i like trees way too much to spend too much time in the desert.  Of course the sun out there isn't really that kind to me either.  Sorry there are ignorant folks out there too, but that is a commonality which i have found exists just about anywhere one goes.  Hope it gets better....
