I would say that if you are reading those profiles and considering that they may have any validity beyond the wet dreams of a teenage boy/girl in this day and age you may need to have your Public Health Center on Speed Dial. Even despite Herpes, Antibiotic Resistant Gonorrhea and Syphilis, HIV and innumerable other STD's that don't include Children (they count) someone who wants to be used like a whore still needs to have some caution if they just want to survive encounters.
Share pictures over the web with a total stranger? Not always the wisest thing to do even with someone you are involved with, that is IF you want to stay employable these days..too many companies scan facebook, my space and other blog sites looking for that type of stuff, and, frankly who the heck is to say that the picture you recieve is of the person who is sending them? That could be an ex-g/f, wife etc.
Looking for a LTR? Yep a lot are..see above for reasons not to just jump into bed with any Tom's Harry Dick. Hell for that matter they may like to whore around but want someone to watch over their shoulder..Pimp MacDaddy Dom, anyone?
As for don't let just anybody Dominate you? Doormats may be purchased at Walmart, Lowes or Dom Depot, most everyone else I suspect wants a little more spine than someone who can be dominated by the average Joe in the street. Who wants a sub who can be dommed by a submissive male or even the poodle? Of course you may need someone just that submissive, but most Dominants and Switches prefer someone who looks to THEM not to everyone.
False advertising happens on both sides of the line, Dominants and Submissives, Tops and Bottoms, you name it. That is why these boards exist, you can learn an awful lot about someone reading forum posts, about how they think, about their personalities, and more, some even shows up in the nicks they pick, and includes their profiles, but none of it negates the need for face to face and judgement on your part and theirs. If you came across as a "User" or Troll instead of someone serious, you may have just been blown off, instead of getting the blow job you really wanted.
