The other half is not actually committed to leaving either though, right? That's an important misstep by which they fail to distinguish themselves from their opposition. Everybody talks about leaving a significant "security force" behind.

Seriously, explain the withdrawal plan proposed by either Clinton or Obama. Anything about security forces being left behind is really code for a substantial presense of American troops remaining. Full stop.
