I recently bought one because the thought of having it all puffy turned me on greatly. You are only supposed to use it for 15 mins and stop and apparently the dom i was talking to at the time didnt care. I continued to use it despite wanting to touch myself and whatnot, and my heart started to race. I started to feel like i was going to pass out. Like i was giving blood. Don't quote me, but i believe using it too much can cause permanent nerve or circulation damage. Might want to ask your doctor about it, and be safe. As for me, i've used them before, a couple times, and have always hated them. shrug Just how i'm built i guess.

Dear Perma-puff, I speculate that your light headed experience may be more likely due to the intense physical and emotional stimulation of such a scene than the small area that is swollen. The intense suction affects your body fluids not just the blood in your capillaries. It takes quite a bit of contortion to create deformity. If you do succeed in getting a perma-puff, that would be pretty hot. [:)] It might be wise to stick within the guidelines to help you avoid damage from the edema it causes.

I thought the purpose of it was to get that perma-puff look? I have one i use daily for that goal for about a month now. There is a google link on it too, it was praised as an effective vaginal muscle enhancer on one site that celbrated female sexuality. None of them suggested how long to use it for either.
