I used a simple adjustable chin-up bar. The type that expands to fit in a doorway, with rubber ends. An "O" ring at each end, just inside the rubber end piece, held on with a pipe clamp, filed so there are no sharp edges on the clamp. Then the clamp is covered with a few wraps of electrical tape. Works like a charm. It has some weight to it. I like that. Also, it's expandable, so she's as spread as I want her to be. And...If I decide to mount it in a doorway then secure her to it...she goes nowhere. Hmmmm....Actually, I need to make another so I have a perfect doorway spread-eagle.
