I have a little problem. In the past few years, I have rendered myself unable to come from anything but a really strong vibe (hitatchi for me.) I used to be able to get off manually, and orally, if the technique was there, but now....it's nice, but no fireworks. The vibe works great and provides endless orgasms, but I'd like a little more variety. Does anyone know how to 'reset' the breaker, as it were?

stop using the vibe... i know that sounds like a crap answer, but it was what worked for me...if i could only have a great orgasm from one thing, and i did not like that i could only have a great orgasm from that one thing, i stopped using that one thing, until i could have orgasms from other things, and then slowly worked that one thing back in...it has happened with several things with me...retraining my body to react to a variety of things can be a pain, but if i want to get pleasure from the variety i will go through the process... good luck chelle

Yep, unfortunately, frequent use of a strong vibrator can dull the feelings down there somewhat, making it harder to get off via other means. The good news: You can "reset the breaker" and it shouldn't be too difficult. The bad news: You'll have to go cold turkey, and might have to do without for a bit. Switch back to a lesser vibrator, then oral, then manual (or whatever order works for you, from strong stimulation to lower levels of stimulation). Slowly tone down the intensity of the stimulation, and things should go back. Now, this doesn't mean you can never use the hitachi, but if other things start not working, it might be time to tone back a bit. Hopefully that will fix the problem!

Time will take care of that problem. Just abstain from the vibe until you really, really need some relief. Look on the bright side: according to Kinsey, almost 30%+ of women can't orgasam at all. At least you have some kind of outlet that works for you!

I had a sub with the same problem.. I took it away from her and let her nerves recover. She was most unhappy-for about three weeks. Suggest you throw the war hammer out.

Depending on how often you play.... Cut it down to once a week.... Cut it down to every other week.... Change vibes... cut it down to once a month... And Voila.. Reactive O_O mmmms ^_^

I get like that sometimes from my vibrator although it isn't a hitachi just a regular vibrator and only way to get off again without it is to quit using it for awhile.
