Kittin i dont see your logic here. Most protestants i know consider themselves Irish first and British second. Will the Protestants are not a dying species it is likely that the Catholic vote will be in the majority sooner or later.

I'm biased, politesub, terribly biased. It's best not start a full-on debate about NI on this thread - it'll degenerate, I just know it. Let's just say that my comment about 'occupied territory' was me being an agent provocateur. For once. [:(]
