since 2000  13 more agreements,with 4 pending.

Note that Fox, CNN isnt necessarily conservative- but Fox owned by Rupert Murdock  is "deregulation".    [my thoughts per c-span ]

a box of cold tabs $1 or $2 now- comapared to $4+ in the 80s. so some products one enjoys lower prices. but being the decline in wages it isnt the best trade off.

when "they" tell us a FTA is good for us- then say it is good for the other country and how we get moire out of it- how can it be botht- and why are the facts so hidden??

When I hear the sales pitch '' Every day low prices '', what rings true right along with it, is '' Every day low pay ''......and along with ''Every day low pay '' comes '' Every day low quality '' and not only quality in ''product'' but quality in '' life''

So.....as you've prolly already guessed, my feeling on global free trade and this ''low price, race to the bottom mentality'', is that it sucks pot-bellied, bald-headed collarme cock.

PaHunk, the big clue is that the American People aren't clamoring in the streets for more "Free Trade" are we?
It's companies and corporations that want this crap.

When America (and other western countries) started spending money they didn't have, they basically surrendered to free trade, free trade American wanted when it was in a position of power but now its power is diminishing, it doesn't want it. However, its a little late, people should have saved their money instead of buying houses and luxuries like SUVs they couldn't afford and going on imperial jollies paid for by the Chinese.

at 1st glance the site looks informed.  but it is onesided.

mainstream media saying  protectionism is akin to socialism. in so many words.
