Status: offline 		In the medical field, AB stands for abortion, either miscarriage or elective, as in G2, P1, AB1 which is gravida (how many times a woman has been pregnant), para (how many live children she has) and abortus (how many she has lost or terminated).
 
Hmm...I might think AB123 meant she's lost/terminated 123 pregnancies....but that's probably just me 'cause I'm ab-normal myself.
