I have been looking for someone that I can serve sexually - totally according to her needs and requirements - or minimally, as an oral sex slave..
..and yet I find that this is treated with the deepest suspicion. I am told - "Ah yes, but there is far more to domination than just this" - true - and to a large extent I am prepared to accept that as well. But when I advertise that I am looking for a "sexually selfish" woman - or something similar - there always appears to be an underlying suspicion that I must have a hidden agenda.

You are looked at that way because it comes across sounding like you are only interested in getting laid. Most submissive men offer sex slavery, its finding those that are capable and willing to engage in other acts thats difficult. Asking for a sexually selfish woman is just a pretty way of saying someone who will screw me regularly.
While there is nothing wrong with being a sex slave, its limiting if thats ALL you say you wish to be.

Totally non kinky men are happy to be a sex slave also.
In my experience, men who are "pussy slaves" are quite often the worst at providing any kind of pleasure because the act for them is totally self indulgent.  They forget whose pleasure it's about - really, they just want a pussy to worship, the woman is secondary.  Just make sure you don't fall into that trap.

Yes.

Plus be really honest here folks. How difficult is it really for a woman in this society to get sex almost any way she wants if she is just not terribly picky?

Very very easy.

But is that what most women want? If the answer is "no", then alapin, you'll have a big chunk of the answer to your question and frustrations.

Put that together with the fact that sex is riskier for women -- remember pregnancy and many diseases seem more readily transfered from men to women -- and you may start to understand why women aren't jumping for your offer.

Not to mention the social conditioning that we give girls and women and the double standards for behavior very much still around that relate to sexual activity.

The best way to get a response is to figure out your target audience and then offer her what she wants. Works for all sorts of products you know.

Now, I'd say that I am very sexually selfish but I do that with my slave, someone who serves me in many many ways. I don't need or want someone to just be a sex slave for me, in fact I find the idea a bit boring and unrealistic in my situation.

Doesn't matter that the profile's not found.  We're still fortunate that somebody created it long enough to ask the question, because now, it will be in the 'search' archive!

Tammyjo's exactly right.  We don't say it very often, because it is the epitomy of obviousness, but the truth is, most of us could walk out the door (if we even needed to go that far) and get laid.  If that's all I wanted, heck, I wouldn't even need the internet for that.  I don't know about anybody else, but if sex were the goal, I wouldn't need any of the other stuff.  I'd just have the sex and get on with it.

But that's just it...it's NOT hard to find...You're just barking up the wrong tree!! Look for a PRO!! Be willing to pay the fee. That's all. Stop expecting non-Pro Lifestyle Dominants to be satisfied with being compartmentalized and objectified simply to satisfy your desires and it'll all start making sense.
