ORIGINAL: YourDaddy123 Last night i had the pleasure of sitting on a meeting with a local group and the topic was Internal Mastery, as the topic went around the table parts of the discussion hit me, so i thought i may share part of it here, this is the 1st part. it is very long but please give me feedback as this is a new intellectual pursuit. I would like to know what everyone thinks of the issue of Internal Mastery, as it relates to my posting. Here is the 1st part: Confidence and Self-sufficiency Good Men are Men of confidence and self-sufficiency. They approach life with a calm and steady demeanor. They are comfortable with their decisions and actions without relying too heavily upon the opinions of others. A man of true confidence is not one who has to sell himself to you, but rather, simply is who he is. <Remainder snipped> [Mod Note: Please don't post other people's uncredited work here in it's entirety. In the future, post an excerpt and a link to the source.] http://www.humbledfemales.com/findinggoodmen.html http://vixenrose.com/index13.html I agree with this with a few additions. Said individuals also posses the decipline to master themselves and follow through on their decisions, the will to overcome the challanges they face and finally the responsibility to accept the price for their mistakes and the humility to learn from them.
