I love this because of what it gets seen as. The Mind Fuck is Beautiful. The Hurt and Harm Dynamic is wonderful But MOST importantly in my book the intent was necessary. I would see this as a lesson beyond Pass or Fail it is rather an understanding of how far that trust really goes. The fact that the subject did in fact eat it shows that they were willing to follow through with an order no matter how obtuse it may seem. However can we call this TRUST? And is Trust what was discovered here? Sure the subject ate the food but they believed it was DOG food that they were eating. Has Trust been determined or Obedience? I see this as being obedience and I see it as something that breaks trust. Dog foods is NOT Toxic and in MANY cases the TOP SHELF Brands are Just as good for you IF NOT BETTER for you than USDA Chuck. The truth of the matter is I would have had her actually eat dog food because what you let her believe is that she was then showed her you were deciving her (Or Him I'm not quite sure the gender of the subject) SO Obedience is there, I can see that. I don't really see the trust. Mostly because of the statement. You wouldn't really make me eat dog food would you? I see this as a Beautiful lesson however I see it as one of obedience NOT trust. Obviously she trusts you enough to stay with you however the tears lead me to believe that she did not trust that you would not make her head dog food. Just an Observation. Steel

Steel the point where I say it is trust is that it didn't really matter wether it was or wasn't in fact dog food.... but rather that she trusted that if I told her to do it... then it wasn't HARMFUL, not for her, in physical nor psychological terms (As has been pointed out, dog food isn't harmful physicaly).... she trusted in My assessment not only of the action but also of its impact on her psyche

Would not act puppyish but thats just me, without being pedantic its something I say a lot, its all without harm, trusting the person to not fuck you up is a big thing in any relationship just D/s the ways of fucking someone up is differant I guess.
