Add my voice to the chorus that says potato bread makes the best toast. I love potato bread and I use it to make most sandwhiches - including grilled cheese sandwhiches - fucking yummy!

You're speaking a foreign language to me. I couldn't gain weight until my mid-to-late thirties, I was always too thin, and even now at age 45 with just a modest work-out program I eat whatever I like and some really fabulous ladies turn their heads every day... Some folks can smoke ten packs of cigs a day and be fine, some can eat carbs till the cows come home, with no ill effects.

Eh, it's petering out because the science behind it was pretty junky.
