For me and my girl:

I am a silent partner in her business and have survivorship rights. Same with her checking and savings account. I am the executor of her estate, if her husband chooses not to do it. I am her beneficiary except on things she and her husband own jointly (which isn't much). Even in most of those instances, I am part beneficiary. I have medical power of attorney, which means I, not her husband, make medical decisions if she's incapacitated. My decisions trump everyone, even her husband.

she is a beneficiary of my estate. she is the executor of my estate and knows my final wishes. she has medical power of attorney. she is on my checking and savings accounts with survivorship rights. I would drop anything and go anywhere if she should call and say she needs me. I would take her into my home, and quite possibly her husband as well, should they need it, even though that meant they'd be sleeping on the floor and there'd be three people in a studio.

Most importantly, we'd take each other's cats if we needed to find them another home. ;-)

Wonderful reply as usual Master Fire, you are such an inspiration.
As others have said it can GO, as far as the 2 people involved want it to go.
For MANY of us {myself included}with the right person, I plan on it going to
the limit, the head, the wall, and as far as we can make it go.

If all goes well, we will be together in this world and the next life/world also.[:D]

It's going to depend upon how you define ownership and just exactly what it is about a sub or slave that you believe is owned.

It goes to exactly where two or more people want to take it.

It can go even further-if you have the common sense to inegrate it into your lives realistically. That is where most seem to fail.

Not seperating it  from the fantasy-but making the fantasy real.

I also thought to add this. In most situations property is going to be in attendance of the owner in some manner-whether working outside of the home, as a home maker-or along side in a business. Very few people in this day and age can afford to live a "story of O" sex pet relationship.

Which begs the question-as potential property-do you bring more to put on the table than your elbows?
