Im starting a bdsm radio program in a mexican internet radio statio next month :D

One of the dinamics of the show is to read on line peoples experiences and question, so the station will open a blog for this radio program, and have asked me to put some photos.

I dont have a relly good camera, not the ilumination equpmemnte, etc, so i thpought it might be good to download them from Internet. I have been looking to internet to a lot of explicit photos, but i cant use full nudity on this blog. I Need something erotic more that explicit.

Do you know a blog or an adress that contain photos like this?

Eventhough i always put the original link of the photyos, if possible i will like to ask permission to use them in this blog.

I found some veruy nice pic of boots in a pro mistress page and she alreday say yes. Does anyone have other sugestion?

I'll second that. GET PERMISSION. A lot of pros are willing to let you use the photos if you credit their webpages, but don't assume you can just take images off the net

Totally agree JohnWarren !!

I sometimes write about bdsm issues in mexica webpage and mailgroups. An awfull thing happend to me when i write this article..and a week later i found my OWN article it a commercial webpage, saying that it was written by "the administrator" :S

Iv always hated "pirates" but i have lived the other side and its not nice at all :(

So if i use soembody elses material, i ALWAYS include the link, and if possible ask for ther explicit permission.

About the comercial mistresses, they rock :) i have asked their permission to use some of their essays in a informative webpage in spanish and they yes as long as they include their link. Also one of them has authorized me to use her boots photo in the new radio blog.

Have you looked at the selection of avatars here on this site? I don't know how you could manage to blow them up to a proper size, but some of them are nicely erotic, though i think none have real nudity. Also, there is an artist here who made some beautiful stained glass that they had posted in the commerical section. Also, look through kinky cards, slowly. Sometimes there are links back crediting their artists. One of the artists that has a link back to her page does beautiful sepia tone pencil drawings of the Gorean positions that I just love.

The part of your response highlighted in blue concerns me the most... just because you provide an link does not make it acceptable ...only used with permission does

My Original Post needs to be restated.

What I deleted is as follows.

COPYRIGHT!!!!

You need to get WRITTEN permission to use someone copyright content. If I found one of my pictures on your site without my permission due to the promises I give the models after they sign the relese, I would be forced to Lawyer up and I would be CONTRACTUALLY obligated to sue both you personally for taking the Content and them for allowing you to use it.

This is not a WHEN POSSIBLE kind of thing you NEED to get permission or use Free Market Content like Magazines use they are professional pictures of random things that magazines use all the time they are not copyrighted and you can use them.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use someones photo content without asking permisison it can cause SERIOUS Backlash.

The Right way:   pay a photographer (like me) who owns some great shots (like mine) who will license them to you for your use.

Otherwise, you can do what way too many people do and just steal them. I don't recommend that.

You have parameters on how you deal with subs. You don't like working with switches.

Photographers and owners of erotic imagery have their own parameters and may be willing to work with you in some circumstances and may not in others.

Thanks tsatske for your recomendations.. wow a lot of good ideas :) I actually found AMAZING photos also in "flickr" thats a yahoo company where people share photos . I have write to some of them and some of them have say yes to use their photos,

SteelofUtah im shocked by the things that are included in a photo contract!! :o I really thought that saying things like "picture downloaded from the web adress... " was enought, since im not saying that those pics where mine.
Your ideas of the free market content is also very nice.. thanks a lot.
Just a small comment here.. i saw a LOT of nice pics in the net and actually send about 50 mails asking for permission to use the photo. 5 of them actually answer that i could :) and one of them say "no you cant", but the other 44, didnt either bother to answer, nor a yes nor a no. This attitude its like if they dont care at all about who and how is using theirs materials.
I know that the fact that they dont answer is not a yes... but i really expected a little more of a reaction from people in general. In this cases, when people doesnt even bother to answer is when sometimes i took a text, and quote the original author and link where i taked it from.

Youre right in the fcat that professional photographers have a LOT of pictures. Actually i have contacted peter felix kurtz, a british professional fetish photograph http://www.lebanna.com/fetishfoto and he gave me his permission to use any of his photos as long i put his anme and his banner on the web site (he even sent me his abnner), thats aaaawsome... dont you think so?

I would consider that a no.... ad it does not mean does not care it may mean they do not want to be bother with dealing with ... it also could mean they are no longer using that email address

I have email accounts which I simply use for sign ups to websites so I am not putting my main email accts at risk of getting spam email which I do not log in to read emails I also have a couple defunct email accounts which I no longer use

You could also just ask, on the talk show site, for listeners to start sending you photos of their personal exploits. But only of themselves, and their immediate partners.
