Vows, what are they?

Who makes them?

And who keeps to them?

If you don't keep them, do you feel wrong when you break them?

Declaration or promise.

Everyone.

The impossible answer.

No, unless I let myself down.

Well, I made a vow to fight evil and avenge the innocent, all at night while wearing a dark cape and mask and calling myself "Lightning Rod".  So far it's been working out for me.  I've only been picked up by the police once, and I have to say, I quite enjoyed the handcuffs.

Vows are stated intentions..

Everyone makes them.

Who keeps to them? Depends on the people and the vows they make..

Not necessarily.. Me saying 'I'm going to kill him' isn't really a vow but an expression of emotion but theoretically it's still a vow. I'm still at liberty, so it's clear I don't stick to every single vow I make. However I try to discipline myself to making vows on things that I will actually follow through on. There again, I find just getting up and doing something without making a vow is often much better. But then again I'm unpredictable.

I make vows, and to me, they are worth more than mere promises. I made a vow, eventually, to get married and through thick and thin, I stuck to that vow, until the ex broke the vow, there releasing me.

I am therefore careful of what I vow, or even promise for that matter.

I do not make vows nor promises of any kind.

Live long and learn.

Stating the will and desire to achieve a goal.

Who makes them?

Idealists

And who keeps to them?

If you don't keep them, do you feel wrong when you break them?

That depends on the type and severity of the vow.
