Hope you got something useful out of it all. All I can really tell you is what I did, and why (and I question the "why", in fact; I think the whole "asset protection" thing is a paranoid's view of the world).
The technical name for those types of trusts is "Illinois Land Trust".
Now you have to go to my thread and tell us about some of your travel experiences. 'Cause, really, I don't much want to read about "paddles vs. handcuffs". Yanno?
