How about finding one of the malesubs here who wants to be feminized, and "order" them to wear high heels and stockings and whatever else you want. My recommendation - since you seem to simply be looking to bottom your fetish as opposed to serving a Domme - find a Pro. Most lifestyle Dommes I know would see you as a "do me" boy, and regardless of their desire to have their feet massaged or otherwise cared for, would not want to trample you simply to serve YOUR needs.
