DiurnalVampire, Saline play is actually considerably safer and easier than you make it out. Yes it takes skill, but having done it many moons ago, so long as you avoid the issues SadistsSeekings brought up, your chance of causing serious damage from saline play is pretty remote. I know I'm just inviting the many hundreds of freak out, worst case scenario posters on this site, but if you avoid the aforementioned issues (implants, lactating, etc.), plus the issue of using a grade of needles that won't leave scar tissue in the breast - well then unless someone has some crazy, unknown medical condition, you're pretty good to go. The body takes up saline amazingly well. You just use a sterile saline drip in the underside of the boob, and viola. Once you've actually experienced it, you're kinda like "really? that's all? that's cake." Honestly, while I always error on the side of caution and prefer someone show me in the flesh before I try anything, if you see enough pictures of it, descriptions of it, or (if it exists) video of it done, you'll realize its way less dangerous than the fear mongers make it seem - though still, have someone experienced show you. This is a far more intimidating sounding technique then it actually is. It gets slightly more complicated with needle placement for scrotum saline play or labia saline play. (both of which are way more intense) Oh, and while its rarer with the breast play, I have seen people experience nausea, but I attribute this more often than not to needle fears and subspace issues. If this happens, just stop the saline, give the person air, perhaps some sugars because the saline dilutes nutrients in the blood a bit, and they'll be fine. (if you're certified in CPR, there is no way you'll have any issue with some catastrophic crash. To be safe, don't do this if technique or any technique involving needles if you're not certified in CPR - there is always the possibility of fainting when blood, needles, etc. are involved) Remember, this is the same as the saline drip they put in your arm at the hospital, only its going in the boob and giving a temporary water balloon effect. Really, its not as big of a health deal as people are making it seem. Last caveat though, I can not speak to the extreme long term effects of frequent play in this regard. From my knowledge, beyond scar tissue build up that comes with frequent use of needles in the same area (Heroin junkies know what I'm talking about), effects are minimal... though I would assume it could lead to reduced elasticity in the region if done a lot (similar in theory to blowing up a balloon and letting the air out a bunch of times). But I have no medical basis to comment on extremely frequent saline injection play. For all I know, it may be safe and prevent cancer! No idea, I just work under the theory, moderation is the most sensible policy. Wait, one more caveat, anything involving needles and / or any medical apparatus can be illegal in some jurisdictions. Chances are, using saline in a boob won't be illegal as athletes and the like administer saline on themselves all the time, but really, really uppity prosecutors can theoretically get on your ass for practicing medicine without a license for almost any medical play. Happy saline play!
