How about it!

I have been tired of the so called 'debates".

Take about a horse and pony show!

I'm not surprised everyone knows the alphabet and don't need to debate the subject. Some though are still asking why it is pronounced double U and not double V.

These arnt really debates. A debate is about a conversation on difficult and controversal issues where both sides engage each other.

These things are more like pep rallies. Each candidate gets 30 seconds to say "vote for me...." after every question which are pretty tame, run of the mill questions.

The debates get worse and worse.  nothing of substance.

THIS is how they use the airwaves that WE OWN?

its pathetic.  I could run a better debate.  [with one hand behind my back!]

Hardly surprising. These presentations aren't "debates" but structured press conferences.

What I would love to see is the candidates take a single issue and beat each other up over it in a true back-and-forth debate structure.

Wouldn't it be refreshing if they chose just a few topics and then your opposition got to ask the questions?

Not these hand picked puppets. I would love to see these so called candidates be held accountable for things they have said or to be pinned down as to what they would actually do in a given situation.

It would be refreshing....candidates would actually have to talk off the cuff about their ideas. We might actually hear some candid opinions for a change!

I was thinking the very same thing. Hunk is typically more politically astute than that. He must still be worried about his job, and distracted.

Whazzamatta? Don't like watching puppets responding to pre-arranged questions?

He has such a kind heart…. I feel bad pointing it out. Then again, if I didn’t care, I wouldn’t say anything.
