I have been groomed for total submission of my body to my Master. I crave to be collared by him. I believe that one final act of true submission may prove my dedication. Any suggestions?

In my opinion there is no "one final act of true submission" - but i don't see collaring that way.. To me submission is not about any act, it is a state of mind.. it is how i live my life in relation to my Master.. Bringing with it the rough and the smooth.. the former being what i would consider to be "true" submission, because IMO "true" submission is never easy. i act submissively every single day, because He is my Master and that is my place.. Those wouldn't stop just because i had a collar around my neck.. It is my belief that the giving of a collar is not a final anything.. But the beginning. i hope it works out for you. x

i'd disagree only slightly, metalmiss. [:)] my final act of submission to fallcon was to come and put a profile up, here, after he passed away. it was his final order to me. he didnt wish for me to be alone, you know? other than that, if you are continuing to be submissive to a dominant, there is no "final" act of submission. if you're continuing the relationship, everything you do after that, shows your submission. kitten, my [sm=2cents.gif]

This is a totally subjective thing. What you may view as a grand gesture may mean little to your particular Dom/me. It is a nice thought, but remember that you can't "buy" a collar. It is up to the Dom/me to decide when it has been earned. Keep being pleasing and you will earn it when the time is right. Or, simply ask - is there something that you can do that would be especially pleasing? If you phrase it in a way that makes the collar seem like the only goal it may be taken that the collar itself means more than the person, or the relationship. I understand how badly you want it since I was recently collared. It takes time and patience, as many of us here can attest to.

I think the final act of submission would be thinking of something that would make it difficult for you to stay in a relationship, then being presented with it and moving beyond it and remaining submissive to your dominant. I think it would vary depending on the people involved. But I'm talking about something that you would find challenging and almost (and probably) hurtful on some level, be that physical and/or mental and/or emotional. Name your poison...

greetings vanilla, this is not meant to be a joke, but if you are really talking about a final act of submission....its being in a hospital bed, tubes in every whole, weak, dying, pale, you look up at your Master, and tell him how you would do anything and everything for him, you try to kneel in your hospital bed, but your body is too weak.... Your Master holds you, brushing your hair gently giving you a gentle kiss and telling you its ok...... from there you succum to your body, giving up on life..and you Die............................ The moral...there is no one true final act of submission. Everything and anything you do will keep adding, expanding and learning. You will never achieve perfection, nor will there ever be a final goal, or ultimate goal obtain. with each passing day and act, you change, your relationship changes, your master changes, its changing with each other, and learning from those acts..... wishes you the best of luck and happines... melanie

While your sentiment is understandable, I see submission as an ongoing evolution. If I were to conduct a final act...then there would be no more acts to conduct, would there? I relate to what Twicehappy and KatyLied said. Obey and give your best effort, even in difficult circumstances. There are times when words can't seem to express enough how much I love him and thank him and adore him...and it seems words are never enough. In such cases, I sometimes beg him for extremely difficult things to do for him so I can push myself beyond my own perceived barriers and give him all I can. Since he happens to love seeing this, he allows it to me because it pleases him. I don't think of it as "proving" my dedication, but expressing it the best way I know how. I have known of other Dominants who don't want that, in which case living without such an opportunity would be a rather large act of submission. Remember, whatever it is you come up with, he may not want you to do. Be sure you have his approval and blessing before you go jumping into anything.

I feel most submissive when I have to move outside of comfort zone and do something that is difficult for me but it isn’t a final act it, it is who I am, it is an on going quest to be the best slave I can be for him no matter how difficult .

Am I the only person who thought this was going to be a much more 'morbid' thread? I think of submission as a continual choice to submit, so there is no final act.
