Hmmm. This is still going on. What is it with message boards, anyways? No matter what age group you hit, no matter what the topic, it's always the same thing.
Then you get the goody goodies who think they know everything there is to know about a person because that person might have made a snappy comeback in a post. Well, I have news for you. There's a lot more to a person than what is coming through on the screen.
You can be the nicest person on screen and still be a total jerk in person, or the worst Dom/me ever. Having been online for almost a decade I can attest to this fact. The internet is riddled with phonies, and if you think you can tell that from a posting style you are out of your mind. I can tell you horror stories upon horror stories, especially running My own chatroom for two and a half years. A person's online personality in no way reflects on the person's reality. It is called putting on a front, and I will bet you, based upon experience alone, that the majority of people in the online world do it.
I guess I should go back into hiding and wait for Y/you guys to beat it out of each other.
