I am looking for an open-mouth gag. If anyone knows where I might be able to find one of these, or if anyone makes them, please don't hesitate to respond.

well We buy alot from extremerestraints ourselves, several of the gags they sell are in our collection.. But you may also try looking at stuff at the sub shop they have some interesting things as well.

I really like the a O ring gag we bought from extremerestraints.com. There gag holds up well, not cheaply made like some places. :) There are three places I trust to buy good quality stuff

You may want to try looking in a dental supply catolouge  they have devices that hold the mouth wide open nad cannot be closed until the latch is thrown on the side of it..  They are not called gags though. but work just as effectively. (I have one in my "toybag")
