First, I am sorry for re-opening a closed subject, but this board does not allow Private messages to send the question to you personally. If you would be so kind as to give me an emailadress I could use to contact Support, I would be very grateful, as I cannot (as previously mentioned) connect and use the "support" button. (and it's not [email protected], which I have tried) Thank you for your patience.

That is the correct addressed.If You send an email to them be patient,they will look into it.The forum is seperate from the profiles.
