Having a foot fetish seems to have become so mainstream or vanilla.  Is it Vanilla or Kink?   Being a gay submissive male I have worshipped the feet of both male and female doms often without a sexual act involved.  I found the experience to be very degrading, intimate and  humuliating all at the same time, making it extremely erotic in my mind.   Anyone else share the same opinion or experience?  Interested in hearing from both who enjoy having their feet worshipped and those that worship them.

I find it pleasurable to have my feet massaged and worshipped. I don't experience genital arousal from foot worship--but there are plenty of things I enjoy without my genitals becoming swollen, so I don't really think of that as diminishing the experience. I'm bisexual, and I find it hard to empathize with monosexuality, so the question of foot fetish play with people from the gender you're not sexually attracted to just doesn't work in my head. However, I have engaged in foot fetish activities, and enjoyed them heartily, when the foot-worshipper and I wouldn't have likely enjoyed many other kinds of play or sex together. Is it vanilla or kink? I don't know--I don't really worry much about that. It's in the column of "Things I like to do," and in the column of "Things I think are ethical to do," and that's enough for me.

I don't classify the things I do as vanilla or kink, because then I'd be tempted to keep up with what mainstream America is doing.

As a straight male foot fetishist submissive guy i go with the rest of the guys. The only difference is that as a straight male i will only indulge on the Female foot, shoe and relative accessories of this. Some people would consider foot worship very kinky others wouldn't.
Perhaps it's why and who rather than what which makes it kinky.
I would imagine that most people would consider enjoying being humiliated kinky.
Wheras giving someone pleasure in a particular way wouldn't be considered kinky.
Just a thought.
I enjoy foot worship because it's sensual not because it's humiliating to the person doing it.
I humiliate arrogant people whenever I can. It's not a kink it's a necessity for my good and theirs. Humiliation is also a good way of strengthening someone.

I love a foot massage, but am really turned off by the licking, sucking, biting, worshipping kind of thing.  I've never been for a pedi because I hate the idea of sitting up on a throne while some tiny little person crouches and crawls around my feet...I know, weird, but it's just my thing.

I would never, ever lick someone else's feet. Even rubbing them is a big maybe. It's just a huge turn off and the idea of a foot near my mouth/face would make me sick.

And yet on the flip side I love having my feet worshiped. A good foot massage is very sexy and relaxing and highly enjoyable. The licking, sucking, jerking someone off with my feet part is ok. Not as big of a turn on as the plain ole massage but not something I'm against.

Often a kinky persons worst nightmare- that what they are into and enjoy doing is no longer "different" and that no one cares.

It can be all of those things and more- just depends on the circumstances.
