Status: offline 		 If you accidentally walked into the wrong hotel room and found a nice looking stranger, but he/she was helplessly tied to the bed, yet, you knew you could close the door and do "anything" you wanted to to him/her, as he/she would be totally helpless to resist, what would you do?
 
Remember, this is a total stranger.

Status: offline 		I'd wonder who they were, why they were there, who put them in that predicament,why, and then I'd get help-I wouldn't want to hang around incase people thought I'd done it. Also, I -wouldn't- do anything to them, they could fight back as soon as they were free.

It might mess up their head space, but I'd have to ask if they were where they wanted to be, check to make sure the Top was within eyesight/earshot, and then leave.

A) Kick in the door like i was a undercover cop, point a gun at him and yell "Put your hands in the air!!! I said put your hands in the air or i will shoot" lol
B) Take his wallet and run
C) Put on a 30 hour marathon of Barney and Friends while his eyes are taped open
D) Play Gilbert Godfrey and William Hung sing the best of the 80's.
E) Cut off the lights and say "you got a purdy mouth boy" (deliverance)
F) Put on a butcher's aprin and start sharpening a butcher's knife, just for visual effect.

Status: offline 		This actually happened to My wife and I.  We were at a hotel party, and walked into the room across the hall from Us.  (Not exactly the wrong room...)  There was a man on the bed, on all fours.  He was wearing a full face hood, collar and leash, his wrists and ankles cuffed--and nothing else.  
 
My wife asked him if he belonged to anyOne else, and he replied, "No, I'm all Yours, Mistress." 
 
She asked him about his limits, physical condition, etc., and told him that She or I would be with him at all times to make sure that his limits were respected.  We also told him We had water and snacks in Our room he could have, and of course would be free to use the restroom as needed.

With that, She took the leash and led him into Our room, back across the hall, leaving Our hotel room door open, of course.  People (all registered to the party, which had security guards at both ends of the floor) began milling about, peeking into various rooms to see what was going on inside.  Son, there were several people, men and women, Doms, Dommes, and subs, all playing with him.  He was flogged, stroked, whipped, poked, etc., and had a thoroughly good time.
 
I met two other Doms, and two Dommes, and We enjoyed comparing toys and techniques, on him--and two or three other subs who wandered in and out of Our room.  Our room was actually more popular than the 'official' Party Room, at this particular event. 
 
It was the start to an amazing weekend, and he's now a good friend of Ours!

For starters, I wouldn't assume it was about kink.  I would assume that the person tied to the bed needed help.  I would assume that person was in danger.  I would assume that I was too.

Then I'd ask.

I would ask if she needed assistance and then untie her if needed.

Rape play is only rape play if the person knows you are doing it otherwise it is really just rape and Rape is about Power not Sex and therefore no longer a turn on in my book
