No one can tell you what will make your master happy, except him.  It's your job to learn what he likes and eventually be able to anticipate what he wants.  For instance, you know that he likes it when you swallow his cum, so if you're giving head, it would be safe to assume that he wants you to swallow.  I think the previous posters have given you some great ideas on how to make it more enjoyable for you.

What exactly does it makes you sick mean? Is it a mental hangup or are you getting stomach pains afterwards? Because if the latter then you may be part of that minority that is allergic to the protein in cum. Is it the taste, because he can improve that by changing his diet.
