...it surprises me that in Canada one doesnt pay to receive text messages. we do here. I heard DSL is faster and cheaper in EU.

so not the net wants to go to useage...not by hours but by megabytes.
how many useless prgrams do you have simply to see one or 2 sites? how about all the junk one looks at to see the actual content.
this is going to be like paying for electricity to see the tv commercial.
