OP: Not sure what your purpose is in terms of query. If you'd like to share some more, perhaps folks could offer some additional feedback.
It seems you may be what in some circles is called a Cum Slut. I had a bf who fit that description quite well; his fixation rose to the level of a fetish and became quite problematic for him, for me, for the others involved in the relationship at the time.
As far as diseases go, I did scads of research on the matter as I am pretty paranoid about such things and wasn't sure, off thetop of my head, what imbibing copious amounts of cum might risk, realistically speaking. Relatively difficult to catch things that will kill you but the lesser std's are something to consider though, again, somewhat difficult to catch, according to my understanding. Substantially lower risk than otherwise penetrative sex but no sex is totally 'safe'. It's a matter of measured risks.
If you and your Mistress are happy with your potentially being a Cum Slut, have made cognizant decisions about risks versus benefits, and everyone's being told what their bodily fluids are going for, I say rock on.
