Status: offline 		i noticed an interesting point - i can see 1 viewer, then time goes, people are viewing my profile, i cannot see them, then after over 15 clicking at my profile i see 1 viewer again, strange..

Status: offline 		Someone may have viewed you repeatedly.
You also cause the button to highlight if you view your own profile.
Some people do not have their profile active.
And people do not have to have a profile to view.

Status: offline 		There are also ways ot look at profiles that do not open them completely and do not register as viewed.
Short answer, no you will not be able to see everyone who views you.
