No offense, but if you can't keep your boy chaste without him playing with his pecker, you need to rethink your methods. A Dominant shouldn't need a separate devise for her wishes to be carried out. Those type of things are *in addition* to her commands. In My opinion, more enhancement than enforcement If you are relying on them, you need to rethink your power and control stance as a Dominant.
Not long ago, I had a similar conversation with My sub. It was simple. I told him that he was no longer permitted to do x,y,z without consent. That was all it took. No more or less than saying, "hey, instead of your leather restraints, I'm tying you up tonight with this piece of thread". It really isn't any more difficult than that.
