ok, so Im at the mall food court today getting lunch, and this dude walks up to me, asking for a pic and autograph. Turns out he recognized me from an old band of mine. Anyone else have creepy sign moments like this? I think this is a sign that I need to get off my ass and get the band going again. Does this make me CM's resident rockstar?

Ummm, I don't know that this was a good thing but I used to be fairly active in some things that would get me in the paper. One day, on the 4th of July, I ended up on the front page of a major paper in California in a huge colour picture (from a protest that I went to). I was a bit shocked but forgot about it until later that day at the BBQ, people asked me about it, one even went so far as to insist that I just  had to autograph the picture for her.  Talk about a creepy, weird feeling....

I was on an HGTV show a long time ago, a few years after it first aired, I was in Florida (I live in CA) and some woman recognized me.  talk about too much free time!  it still makes me uncomfortable to think of it.

i was at O' Hare on my way to S. Korea, when i met a guy who reckonized me from my exotic dancing days. that's as close to fame am i've come- just phoenix

Master says no. He's touchy on that subject. He knows i was a good girl( never did anything illeagle), but He has asked me to be His house-wife and this makes us both happy. But i can give you this; my trademark move was hanging upside down by my thighes (face to the audience) while blindfolded. -just phoenix

I was checking out of a hotel in Seattle once, and a guy in the lobby thought I was Sheryl Crow (huh?)

And I worked for a time for WHite Zombie... we were at a gig in Dallas, I got off the bus, and was suddenly surrounded by about 7 guys (teens, really) who were convinced I was Sean... depsite my protestations.

Um, NO.. I look even less like her than I do like Sheryl Crow!  But they insisted I give them autographs.. in order to make them go away so I could go in to catering, I signed.. my own name, in a highly illegible scrawl.

Later I told Sean about it..we had a good laugh.

Once while walking into the opticians, the shop assistant looked at me and shouted my full name quite loudly. I'm like 'what?!?'

She just remembered me from before, my full name and everything... a bit odd, but whatever!

Yes: I was on a TV programme and a few people have shouted out (too loud) oh are you that sex therapist on TV?
Thing was I was harping on about cling film and cock/ball torture and I was able to ask: oh why were you watching the programme!?
